Example Pulse Survey

In 2020, the Government Equalities Office published the findings of a sexual harassment survey. It was found that reporting sexual harassment in the workplace was very low (only 15% of respondents formally reported having experienced sexual harassment).  Therefore, it is likely that organisations underestimate the prevalence of sexual harassment within the workplace. In order to try and understand how frequently sexual harassment occurs in your organisation, we have designed an example pulse survey that can be distributed to employees.

The survey should be accompanied by clear definitions and examples of what constitutes sexual harassment.
