Over the next three years, we will be working with military charities to run a series of pilot studies. Participant organisations will work with the project team to co-design and evaluate an Equality Insights Toolkit for the sector that will:

• Guide and support the use of evidence to identify and understand the inequalities in their culture and working environment

• Assess the impact of their policies, practices, and processes, particularly on minoritised beneficiary groups 

• Co-develop inclusive solutions and actions with measurable outcomes

• Provide support and guidance to evaluate the impact of their actions and measure change 

The Pilot Studies provide an opportunity to shape the future of inclusive support for our armed forces communities.
