UK Equality Insights Road Trip for Military Charities

Attention all military charities!

Throughout 2026, we’ll be travelling across the UK to convene leaders, change agents, and key influencers from across the military charity landscape.

As strategic decision-makers and change agents, military charities play a critical role in shaping the future of inclusive support for our armed forces communities. We invite you to join us on our 2026 Equality Insights UK Road Trip - a series of connected and cumulative, high-impact, in-person workshops designed to strengthen inclusive practice and inform sector-wide improvement. We’ll be calling at five locations across the UK:

The REME Museum, Lyneham | 20 January 2026

Colwyn Leisure Centre, Colwyn Bay | 16 February 2026

The Milner, York | 24 March 2026

Edinburgh Training and Conference Venue, Edinburgh | 21 April 2026

Royal Hospital Chelsea, London | 23 June 2026

These in-person workshops will provide a focused environment to:

  • Review organisational approaches and assess the effectiveness of current practice.

  • Co-develop a strategic roadmap that enhances cultural awareness and inclusive service delivery.

  • Strengthen cultures of trust, respect, and belonging across teams and service users.

  • Leverage shared insights to guide long-term, evidence-informed decision making.

  • Build an understanding of the value of lived experience, the power of co-development, and the importance of evaluating the impact of your actions.

This programme of events is an opportunity to shape sector-wide progress, collaborate with peers, and lead by example in setting a higher standard of inclusion.
