Tackling Sexual Harassment…the Halsden Way!

Creating interactive and engaging intervention

You might have noticed we’ve been a bit quiet at Halsden recently – we’ve been busy developing and refining a unique, research-informed, interactive and engaging intervention for organisations to respond to The Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023, which came into effect on 26 October 2024, introducing a legal duty for employers to proactively take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.

Interactive games are a great way to get your team actively involved and talking about difficult topics. Here’s a sneak peek of our bespoke board game, "It’s Not OK!" Know Harassment | No Harassment:

A workplace harassment prevention training board game with miniature figures positioned on a colorful circular game board, alongside the "it's not OK!" logo featuring a stop hand symbol with the tagline "KNOW harassment | NO harassment" on a teal background.

The game is available through workshops facilitated by Halsden or through our annual licensing agreement.

Watch this space for more information about the game design, our development journey, and updates about how we’ve been rolling out "It’s Not OK!"
