Players work together to improve the culture of their organisation by deciding whether, and how best, to intervene in unwanted behaviour they observe or are made aware of.
This interactive game allows participants to build knowledge and awareness of sexual harassment in the workplace and provides the opportunity for participants to learn about the range of actions they can take to stop unwanted behaviour.

The Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act) 2023 came into force in the UK on 26 October 2024. The Act creates a new proactive, preventative duty on employers to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment of their employees. This shift from a reactive to preventative approach requires employers to assess and mitigate risks of sexual harassment, update policies, provide training, and foster a culture where workers feel safe to speak up.

The board game takes participants on a bespoke journey around their workplace, using a collection of ‘real’ scenarios, adapted from research literature and tribunal case reports, to generate in-depth group discussion that explores diverse experiences.

Each participant takes on the role of a bystander, ensuring that no one is considered a perpetrator and mitigating against a blame culture. All players are empowered to take action and make collective decisions about the most appropriate intervention to take.

Delivery methods

Halsden delivery day

The day is facilitated on your premises by Halsden’s high calibre facilitators who have worked as educators and trainers for decades.

Delegates will get a sound grasp of sexual harassment in the workplace and the actions that bystanders can take to stop unwanted behaviour. Teams will make strategic decisions around appropriate interventions and the impact such actions have on the wider organisational culture.

Despite the serious subject matter, our sessions are fun, informative, interactive and insightful.

Annual licence option

Want to run training in house?

Halsden also offers the game on an Annual Licence to organisations, supported with a one day ‘train-the-trainer’ programme to enable your facilitator team to run the game.
