Inclusivity is all about people. Building inclusivity with people, rather than for people, will lead to better, more sustainable, inclusion outcomes.

Putting data in the hands of change agents

By analysing key evidence from your inclusivity efforts, we can guide strategic decisions, ensuring your actions address real challenges and have a lasting impact. From reshaping policies to enhancing employee experiences, we turn insights into practical solutions that drive progress.

Our goal is to help you build an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive, using a data-driven approach that fosters accountability and continuous improvement.

What is the co-design process?

Collaborating with a diverse and representative group of people from across your organisation (the co-design participants), the inequalities in your organisation are identified, explored, and better understood. This process allows participants to develop a mutual understanding of the experiences of others in the organisation (which may differ from their own).

Using a structured and facilitated approach, co-design participants are empowered to be the decision-makers in the co-design process, guided by their own lived experience and the wider evidence base.

The benefits of co-design in your journey to inclusion

Empowering a diverse group of people from across your organisation to co-design your inclusion strategy and implementation plan, inclusion initiatives, and/or inclusive policies, will ensure your inclusion actions reflect the experiences, perspectives and needs of those most impacted by the inequalities identified. The co-design process also creates a sense of agency and empowers people’s continued participation in decision-making.
